Which 1 will definitely maximize… Continue

But given that it would not be healthful to get this dosage via eating plan due to higher calorific worth, the best supply would be through high quality prostate… Continue

Yoga Body: The Conspiracy

I thought I'd said all I wanted on body image and yoga in my recent post for the Yellow Yogi. But recent controversy in the yoga world regarding a certain video has left me feeling I didn't say nearly enough. Or say it clearly enough. So let me try again.

Kids Quiet Time and Meditation

My daughter’s kindergarten class gives her 15 minutes of quiet time every day.  I give myself 15 minutes of quiet time every day too.  It’s called meditation.  Considering the value I’ve gained from meditation in terms of focus and mental clarity, I decided to share the practice with my children.  Thank you kindergarten!

Relax,Yoga Shouldn't be Hard - The Universe is Friendly!

For many years my approach to health and fitness was defined by no pain, no gain. Eating only salads and nuts made me feel virtuous, and running five miles made me feel as if I’d suffered enough.

Today, I’ve dropped the punitive approach. No longer set on pummeling my body into compliance, I seek to practice, whenever I can, whenever I remember, a mindfulness of simply letting it…
